Dr. Hinds moved to Williamson County in 2006 to start his OB/GYN practice. In the last four years he has delivered over 2,000 babies and maintained a busy surgical practice. He enjoys all aspects of obstetrics, from pre-conceptual counseling through delivery of the baby. On the gynecologic side, his practice focuses on the minimally invasive techniques of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, allowing his patients to recover more quickly and resume their normal activities. Dr. Hinds was one of the first physicians recruited to be clinical faculty by the Texas A&M University Medical School.
He particularly enjoys his time with the medical students, both in the clinical setting and during small group lectures. An Honors graduate of the U.T. Health Science Center at Houston, he completed both his medical school and residency training under some of the foremost leaders in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Hinds and his wife Elizabeth have three sons, Will, Grant, and Oliver (who was born at Cedar Park Regional!). They reside in Georgetown and enjoy spending time together with family and friends. They feel blessed to be able to work and live in this area.
